Had my tax appointment today (March 12, 2025) and I have been waiting for 2 hours for my appointment. I don’t mind a few minutes wait, but 2 hours is insane with how far I drove to get my taxes done by Mrs. Williams. I live over an hour away and drive to see her bc she did great on mine last year. This is ridiculous honestly. No communication whatsoever and inconsiderate of others time.
