I provided Olivia with all of my information and documents that she needed. I got a return and was initially pleased with her service. Couple months later I get a notice from the IRS that all of my income was not claimed. She did not file my returns correctly so I ended up having fix my returns with the IRS directly and set up a payment plan for the amount I owed them back. I told her about this and she told me I had to deal with it. You would think she would care at least a little bit and try to help me fix her mistake!! I definitely do not recommend her...and suggest no matter who you go with, check your returns thoroughly. I made the mistake of trusting the professional.
