completely not to be trusted. a liar and a cheat. he is a disbarred lawyer for stealing money and had to resort to accounting. he has a horrible, mean attitude and is dismissive about any of your concerns. he is NOT a CPA and pretends to be. do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. and also...VERY EXPENSIVE!
