Ditto the 2 previous reviews. I am embrass to admit the amount of time she let to nowwhere and the amount I finally paid the IRS She may exist in a plateu above reality, I think she believes her own lies.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Me and my family had been working with Janet for many years. I was audited in 2012 and the IRS found that I owed 3000 in unclaimed gambling wins. I took the paperwork to Janet so that she could do an amended return. She kept me on the hook for over 3 years making every excuse in the book for why it wasn't dealt with. All the while she was advising that I do not file my following tax years until this is dealt with. Then finally in 2018 I said enough is enough and took it to another accountant. They advised me that all the tax returns that I never submitted are no longer valid because it past the 3 year mark. I have lost out on thousands of dollars of tax returns because of her advice. It then took her over 6 months for her to even send my paperwork back. She was nonresponsive and extremly unprofessional.My parents also had a very bad experiance with Janet. She filed their tax returns incorrectly and after being eaudited they found out they owed an additional 6000 with interest. Do not under any circumstance use Janet to file your taxes. Please find a professional accountant. She was always a trusted accountant but something has happened with her the past few years. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache of doing business with her.

My father suggested this lady to me, and I think she needs her license revoked after I 'worked' with her. She sent in my paperwork without having me sign for it or consulting me, she fraudulently put in wrong information, I didn't get a copy of my taxes. I just got a state check for what I believe to be a false amount, saying there was an error with my taxes. I have tried to reach her for months through multiple outlets to fix it or get clarity and she has completely ghosted me. I'm having a hard time now pursing legal action. There are so many tax preparers out there, I am not just another angry person on the internet, please take heed and go with someone else.
