My experience with him is like most of the other comments on here. Taxes not filed, never returned calls, and not in the office when I went there. Additionally, he is not a CPA, he is only a certified tax preparer. Get ready to be taken for a ride if you hire him for tax preparation.

I'm giving him one stare because there is nothing lower. He is non-responsive and my taxes were NOT filed on time and it took me over 3 months to get them filed. Now two years later, he missed a form and again I've tried to reach him multiple times and STILL no response. FIND A DIFFERENT ACCOUNTANT!!!!!!!!!!!

I would recommend you do not use this agency. He did my return and after I got a letter from the IRS about the return he would not take my calls. I even stopped by the office and was told he was unavailable. When I paid for his services he defended his high fees by saying that he doesn't just do the return but is available to support any questions afterward. Completely ignored my many attempts to contact him.

We have been going to this tax office for more than 12 years. We started with Ken Becker and remained with his office after his death. Now Cliff Farmer CPA has taken over Ken's practice and he's just great . Cliff is always there to help you and answers all your questions. We're so happy to have him as our CPA.
