I own and operate Kwik Tax and Accounting and stumbled across Tax Buzz' website and reviews of my company. I've read the 2 reviews of it. One is from an E S K and the other is from Bobb M . We at Kwik Tax and Accounting do not know either of the two persons that reviewed our services. Tax Buzz notes that they cannot verify that these persons were customers of ours. Therefore, I am requesting that these reviews be removed.

In rebuttal to Earl Kimbell's review here on Tax Buzz, any reader of said review should take a look at the review, also from Earl Kimbell from March, 2021, from Thervo.com. It has been copied here:Earl Kimbell Mr. Johnson was prompt, straightforward, and efficient. I will definitely continue to work with him.Mon Mar 29 2021The reader can agree that it is quite a huge contrast. March, 2021 is the ONLY time Earl Kimbell used Kwik Tax and Accounting's services. It can be verified through Thervo.com, that he used our services.Tax Buzz can not verify that Earl Kimbell used our services in October, 2021. We at Kwik Tax and Accounting don't know what triggered Kimball's emotionally driven review. We do know that he has written reviews on at least 2 other sites, triggered at the same time range Fall, 2021. Normally, satisfied, verified and paying customers write one review on one site and move on. We ask Tax Buzz to remove the review from Earl Kimbell.

Brian Johnson is an emotionally-reactive and highly defensive person who pretends to be reasonable...that is, until he is told that he needs to be more diligent about fully informing me of penalties which may affect my liabilities to the IRS. Requests like this are received by Brian as a personal attack, after which Brian shows his underlying unprofessional and immature nature with an email comprised largely of all caps, bold type, and underlining. If you appreciate professionalism and the ability to communicate in a clear and dispassionate manner, seek tax assistance elsewhere.

This company and Brian Johnson did not give me good service...i paid for a service, the the owner was not professional and he kept the deposit after doing no work... this business is not for any hard working person who earns their money. listen to how he speaks and watch out for him to totally change his attitude and energy if you ask questions and do not let him speak to you in his new jersey manner... negative stars. reported to better business bureau, and to arizona tax board...
