My experience was somewhat similar to the 1 star poster, except that she was right. IRS kept sending me past due notices for taxes that had already been paid. Each notice increased the debt by a couple dollars. Kerry insisted the advocate kept telling her they would send a remedy notice. I waited until it got freezing cold in Yuma and eventually, IRS sent the notice showing the credit. Honestly, I don't know who's worse: people that can't wait (taxpayers) or people that can (IRS).

Absolutely terrible and shady practice.
Do not trust her so call business as she does not have trust worthily processes and has no clue what she is doing . She cost me $15,000 and once the IRS sent me to a credit collector, she disengaged and continued to tell me she has a person on the inside the IRS to help with the processes. It's now been 4 years later and she continues telling me she will contact her person at the IRS to find a solution just to buy her time.
Please feel free to respond to this post and I can send emails and text messages across 4 years to show you her shady business practices. DO NOT use this person as she is a complete SCAM artist.
She is a complete scam artist and immediately contact me if you want further details or if this has happened to you.
