Avoid at all cost. Bill and his office have zero respect and zero accountability. They took out money and our information for taxes in March. We provided the documents requested same day as our appointment, and then we were left in the dark. I understand that tax season is busy, so I tried to be patient with the complete unavailability initially. However, after weeks of phone calls and emails asking for an update - a confirmation of either taxes being completed or an extension filed, we had nothing. My wife finally got someone on the phone after calling 20+ times in one day. She was told our taxes hadn’t been filed and no extension either. When we finally had a chance to speak with Bill on the phone (2 weeks after the tax deadline) he was rude, condescending and unapologetic. He hung up on us and hasn’t t called back. We expressed our frustration with the misunderstanding and/or miscommunication, as well as the lack of communication, and his response was to hang up on paying clients. Do Not Use Bill Delisle!
