⚠️ Beware: I had a very troubling experience with this notary. The owner, Marisol Mata, notarized a deed transfer for my property without ever meeting me, verifying my identity, or obtaining my consent. She applied her Arizona notary stamp to a document that was simply mailed to her, and even added another document — a deed of survivorship — that I had never been shown, signed, or agreed to.
This felt like a serious violation of trust and of notary responsibilities. If you value your property rights and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to be extremely cautious before doing business here.
