Horrible horrible frustrating experience. Portrays to be knowledge based on years of experience but lags professionalism beyond. Took 4 months to finalize simple tax filing due to unknown system/user limitations in adding donations & acts like she's working for the cartel swaying numbers to your favor in which is NOT what I need nor asked for. But she touts giving herself credit for any return. Numbers are legit as they are. Shifts blame onto customers. She had the nerve after wasted hours upon hours, days upon days, months upon months, empty promises, lies, wrong name, wrong address, & sent me home with someone else's paperwork with SS#, no corrected copies & had the audacity to take offense when I asked for a refund if & left it high & dry. Blamed me for her inadequacies of how I shld have noticed on her computer after pointing out missing 15k+ in favorable missing numbers & was rushing through & dared tell me to catch her every mistake. What was the point of hiring her & dealing patiently only for her to ghost? AVOID her. She shld be ashamed. NEVER again, stay away or make this year your last. Negative 5 stars if I could.

Worst tax filing experience ever. Ripped me off on the price. Then needed a copy of them digitally and they first said there would be a $30 fee then after asking why there’s a fee the price changed to $20 bucks. Avoid these people like the plague. My experience it felt very sketchy and she didn’t reassure me of any my worries.
