We have worked with this company for several years without a problem. In fact, we were very happy with the service we received, especially with James Shahbazian. This year, without discussing it with us, Sun Income TaxCameron Harris, added our adult child to our return as a dependent. She has not been a dependent for at least 2 years - she is completely financially independent from us. She does not qualify as a dependent as defined by the IRS. She filed her own taxes and now it looks as though we fraudulently claimed a false dependent, AND she does not get a Stimulus payment as a result. Our complaint to the owner was met with anger, mockery, glib responses and shouting over us as we speak. We asked not to be constantly interrupted and the owner's response was You obviously don't know me - I am NOT a patient man! Not the service we expect for 175. He seemed angry that we were upset over the mistake and refused to listen to us. Cameron was more professional but still refused to fully rectify this issue.
