I would recommend Rachael to anybody! She makes it so easy and I know I can trust her with getting me the best return she can! I know she knows what she is doing and if I have any question she always responds and in a timely manner!

I contacted Rachael a few years ago about a few IRS notices I received. She discussed in great detail over the phone about the process to get me back on track with IRS. After just speaking on the phone, I was relieved and immediately scheduled an appointment to see her.She was extremely knowledgeable about taxes and made me feel confident that she would resolve everything quickly and appropriately. Within a few days, she had 3 years of my taxes filed and established an affordable installment agreement with IRS. Rachael, explained everything in complete details on my notice, installment agreement and each tax return she filed for me. That alone assured me that I found the right tax preparer to use. Never had anyone in the past actually take the time to help me understand my taxes. And she still walks me through every detail each year. I will never use another tax professional again. I've had 4 years of exceptional service with Rachael! She makes everything easy and convenient for me.Very personable, friendly and genuinely cares about helping you. I can contact her with anything I may be curious about and she quickly answers all of my questions. It's really nice to know I can call her anytime and she gets back to me fast. Not many out there that go above and beyond for you, as she does. Great person all the way around. Definitely recommend using her to everyone I know. If you're looking for an excellent tax service, Rachael, is by far the BEST I've ever used.

I have used Rachael for several years now and she keeps me well informed. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. I had trouble understanding how to sign up for the Affordable Care Act Health Insurance and called Rachael to ask questions. She immediately told me to come see her and she will help walk me through it online personally. I'm grateful for all she does to assist me with my taxes and anything else I may have questions about. She is very knowledgeable in her field and I highly recommend her to everyone.
