He will get lots of money out of you and come up with tons of reasons why he needs it to do your taxes. Then he will never do them and comes up with lies as to why he hasn’t or why he won’t send you the info proving that he has filed. He will ignore you time after time and always have lie after lie on hand. HE IS A SCAMMER!!! DO NOT USE HIM!!!!! I wish I would’ve looked at reviews for his business on other sites before using him. He has done this over and over again, including a close friend. I still have yet to see any proof he has actually done anything but take my money.

I’ve been waiting on returns for over a year. I had the same issues as these others. I have page after page of text messages between us with no solution. I finally made contact with IRS and found out they had received on,y 2021 . Nothing for the other 3 years he supposedly e filed. State had nothing what so ever. I had to make copies of all my forms tgat Carlos gave me and send copies to state and federal…certified mail. Now federal states I’m missing Schedule A and Schedule 1and ECI for 2019 and 2020. Left message on his cell. And texted so yesterday I drove to his home and was told he went to hospital yesterday morning and they may admit him. His sister assured she would call me with update. She refused to take copies of IRS letters to give to Carlos. Of course..no call. I guess we are going to file suit against him.

My husband chose Carlos as his person to file his taxes in 2019 and 2020. Little did we know this would cause such a ruckus. My husband wanted him to file his taxes normally and paid Carlos 200 each year. No response from him. My husband messaged him numerous times and the responseif he did respond was the same Im still working on it. Unfortunately my husband passed away this past March and never received his tax return. As Im trying to get everything straightened out through this Carlos informed me that there was over 7 thousand dollars worth of his return out there at a random bank I havent heard of. Ive tried to call him and figure out where its at and how I can get it.. he blocked my number. After all of this we find out Carlos has never filed my late husbands taxes for years. I had his taxes filed and turns out he owed money the taxes were prepared wrong by Carlos and never submitted the taxes to the IRS.

Carlos seemed nice at first seemed like he knew what he was doing was excited to get all my tax papers done.I ended up paying him 550 dollars for two amended returns one straight forward all with an injured spouse all I had wanted was the straight forward return and the injured spouse but he talked me into the amended returns so I paid him with no hesitation to end up waiting over a month before I even heard back from him to tell me he was sick needed antibiotics so I drove him over 105 for medicine trying to help him to get my stuff done to again wait a month with no word. He finally emailed me one of the amended returns no injured spouse but assured me he would add it he never did. I beg him where are my other returns he finally emails me them not done the way we discussed but I was willing to accept it just bc I needed this done. Its been since the end of July and I only got one return that showed up at the IRS well one amended return no injured spouse had to do that myself they have no record of the others he just basically text me he didnt know what he had done and left me hanging after all of that. I would not use him again I am going to try and get my money back and had to go pay another tax person to finish my taxes. Be cautious he I think does this more often than just this incident with myself. I was shocked and as you can imagine just devastated to have given this person all that money to get basically nothing in return. It is unprofessional and just down right descriptive what he did!
