Not professional at all, over charges for Taxs and doesnt report honestly. This company has me in audit, I am embarrassed that I allowed myself to be manipulated. The Feds need to know about this scam operator, smooth pitch to con people. I always just let things go however she needs to be exposed.

Very proud to see a minority tax service that will inform you on what you can calm and not calm on your taxes. Meaning, there is a lot being a business owner I didn't know. I wasn't inform on certain things. I am aware of so much more and PTS takes care of their customers. Thank you all
