Shelia and her daughter Shantessa have been hiding from other tax clients. Both refuse to give the original tax information back because they have been shut down by the I.R.S in the month of March.

Very sweet lady. She does very careful and accurate work. I can trust her with my information and to process my refund on time. Cons is it may be hard to get in touch with her but sometimes she has limited workers and shes kind of elderly. So there speed isnt up to a 20 year old but shes definitely not lacking with consciousness. You may have to call them a lot or walk in but eventually she will respond when she have more time and help

No professionalism whatsoever! Make an appointment to be seen and STILL have to wait over 2 hours. They WILL NOT ANSWER the phones and are EXTREMELY slow about seeing you. Stay on their personal phones talking and eating as they please while customers wait patiently to have their taxes filed. The work, once completed, is good, but the hassle of getting them to do it is unreasonable! I do not recommend or refer to anyone!
