I have been disabled for 8 yrs. and I'm also insolvent, I just had two precinct 2 credit card cases dismissed, and recieved a 1099C for a cancelled a credit card debt that I was sure I was going to have to pay taxes on this year. Mr. Howe did not know me, had never met me, but he took the time - to listen, give direction, and explain what I needed to do. In this fast paced world of push button technology, with people coming and going, with little time given to be cordial, much less time to be respectful. I has been a refreshing delight, to have met, and spent some time with Mr. Howe - he was truly a life saver in a rough sea. Just thought you would like to know.
