We had to withdraw our paperwork as she over advertised herself on tv but in reality, she seems not to know everything about taxes. She has to consult the internet on the answers to our questions. It was good we did not continue with her and we have saved a lot and our tax was filed on the same day. Less fees and tax dues compared for what she has proposed to us.
So if you will consider her services, think again!
