I have been filing with this company for years. Specifically Nakeesha moore. However given my recent encounter with her I would highly encourage others to find a company or someone more trustworthy. Before I filed she made many mistakes that I had to correct her on. And even after filing she made a mistake which caused my taxes to be held and she didn't help me fix them or get them back. I did it all myself. After she informed me she would not charge me the tax preparer fees due to her mistakes and that she didn't want to lose me as a customer, once my money was received she still proceeded to charge me and was very rude and unprofessional when I tried to resolve the matter and asked for it back. She is a fraud. A thief. And certainly not Christ like. Please save your time and money and file elsewhere. God bless.
