We used Sheila Johnson as our tax preparor for quite a few years. She was always knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. The turn around time for getting us our state and federal returns was always prompt, and we always felt that she got us every bit of the refunds that we were owed. I would recommend her services to anyone.

For many years I had my returns done by HampR Block, and then with an accountant in California. I now live in Oregon. My girlfriend told me about Sheila, so I made an appointment to see her . Sheila did my friend's return for several years. Sheila is a pleasant person- I didn't feel uncomfortable like I did at HampR. I don't like doing my taxes- it's something I dread. Sheila did my return within ten days- I went to her office to go over the return with her- she explained how it had been done- this is something I very much appreciated. My return was filed electronically, and there were no problems associated with it. I still don't look forward to doing my taxes, but now I have someone who I feel at ease with, who I trust, and Sheila knows what she's doing. I recommend Sheila Johnson.

Sheila Johnson has done my taxes for years and I know her to very capable and she has the highest integrity of anyone I know. I am personally acquainted with more than twenty of her clients- and they are returning year after year.If you were to read the negative reviews which I just read- youd have to wonder and shake your head in disbelief. Maybe these men- or adolescents- have personal problems they just need to blame on someone else. These reviewers are unvaried. Too bad anyone can leave some nasty words and hide behind anonymity.

STAY AWAY from Sheila Johnson. She is the worst weve ever had. Sloppy, unprofessional and worst of all, unhelpful. My wife and I are both artists living and working in Ashland, raising two children on a relatively low income. Weve got complicated lives and work-related expenses. We rely on our accountants to see us through at tax time or whenever we need to file for an extension, etc. Not only did Sheila Johnson make a mess of our returns, when we were audited by the state of Oregon she abruptly QUIT on us and then to add insult to injury demanded payment for her help with our audit, which she never provided. You need an accountant who will help see you through something like an audit. Thats why you hire them in the first place. Unless you want to be left high and dry at the time of greatest need, dont hire Sheila Johnson to do your taxes! Fortunately we found a real professional, Martin Kamenski, who is helping us through our audit. Go to him instead of Sheila Johnson!
