Brian 10 months trying to contact you without luck......Why did you file our taxes using Form 1120 (Years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021). IRS did not process them.
We did never filed Form 8832 in order that our LLC to be classified as an association taxable as a corporation.
Could you please file Partnership Tax return preparation Years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 again using right Form 1065
Also, we will need to prepare Non US Resident Tax Returns for tax years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.
