Buyer Beware!!!!!I met with Mr. Clark to prepare my 2021 taxes. No updates have ever been received except for one time. Mr. Clark held on to my personal documents and I learned that they were never completed. His office person by the name of Donna Fillmore called to tell me NO PROBLEM AND THAT Mr. Clark was filing an EXTENSION and that my 2021 Federal and State taxes would be filed. I attempted numerous times 7 to 10X to contact Nathan Clark and Associates INC and the Denver Tax Man with NO RESPONSE. After leaving a text, email and voice mail stating my course of action to report his company to the IRS, Sec of State and the Attny Generals office I received a very short note of apology I'm sorry I thought we filed your taxes - I will return your documents. Documents were received the following week with out explanation. Q1 Were my 2021 taxes complete? Q2 Did you ever do an extension? So Nothing. I still need to file my 2021.HELP!
