I worked with Rumyana (Rumi) Radeva on tax returns for several years. Unfortunately, Rumi made errors in three of the five years that she managed my returns and overall the experience with her was deeply frustrating. Her careless mistakes resulted in thousands of dollars in fines and fees, as well as numerous hours spent resolving issues with state tax authorities.
Beyond the inaccuracies, Rumi's communication was also a significant issue. It often took more than a week of follow-ups to receive a response, and her communication style was frequently abrupt and unprofessional.
I cannot recommend Rumi or her tax services.
