Cindy Szerlip is an Enrolled Agent and Certified Financial Planner. Specializing in tax preparation for individuals and businesses as well as tax audit representation, she is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute, a highly regarded foundation of Enrolled Agents, CPA's and tax professionals.

In 1990, Cindy created CS Business Management, a small, boutique tax and business management firm in Redondo Beach. CS Business Management specializes in the back office needs of small businesses, which includes performing as a virtual accounting office for businesses whose owners would prefer to spend their time doing what they do best, not paperwork. CS Business Management provides all levels of service, encompassing full bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable and licensing compliance, multi-state payroll preparation and employment related representation as well as sales tax preparation and compliance.

Cindy is an active member of NAEA and CSEA and is a graduate of the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Redondo program. Active in community issues, Cindy organized the non-profit Friends of the Redondo Beach Dog Park, Inc., the organization behind the funding and development of the Redondo Beach Dog Park, only the second dog park created in the state of California, which, in 2013, celebrated its 20th anniversary as the most popular park in Redondo Beach.
