Sean took my 2018 Tax files and would Never call me back. All the numbers on his business card would just go to a full voice mail or not answer. I left numerous messages to call me back now, but No response. Finally he Texted me, and when I stated I wanted my 2018 files Back, he refused to make My Property the files available! He said he had to send them to me to prove he sent them? He would Not provide me a time and place to retrieve My Property! I can only hope I get them back?

Terrible service. Sean Sadeghi, was a phantom. Never personally met with us to address problems. You prepared our Alice and Joseph DiBiase 2017 Tax return. We have requested our customary e-filing confirmation number on 5 occasions. All requested ignored by Sean Sadeghi at TLC.
