CIAK's unprofessional business practices cost me over 1,000 euros this year. Being a very happy client in the first 2 years I hired CIAK, I was shocked by their deplorable communication about changes to their service offering for 2018 taxes, which resulted in my filing cost to go from 60 in 2016 and 2017 to over 1,000 in 2018. Beware.
