Not very happy. Unresponsive to phone calls and oh well attitude. Their hired help is sub par during tax season. Cant talk to preparer at all. Hours are stupid for working people. If drop off no communication till you pick up and have IRS bomb dropped on you.

Very unprofessional. Dropped the ball on dealings with the state of Virginia while looking for an offer in compromise. VA IRS ended up clearing out my bank account after Rick told me he was handling it. Use at your own risk.
