Good article on the IRS Debit card.We rec'd one for 50. Tried it 3 times and didn't work. User error. When purchasing you have to pay the difference first and then use the card.Ex: purchase total100IRS debit card bal70Pay difference of 30 via cash, credit card, etc. leaving balance of 70. Then use IRS debit card.
