I'll have to say Neil saved my life when my husband became critically ill he was the one that did all the taxes. I was able to get all my receipts and take them to him and he helped me get my tax returns in. I have used them for 3 years and I've never been disappointed.

We have been going here for years. We stopped going because one year we were audited. No big deal because that is why you pay an accountant right? Wrong! The mistake was a missing W-2 in which we brought but was some how not entered. When we came back to meet with Neil sure enough it was in our file. So he entered it and I thought we were good. Other than submitting the form for us that is ALL he did. We were left in the dark to deal with the IRS on our own. We called him multiple times and he did speak with us however he did nothing to help us. The IRS then not only took our ENTIRE refund for the next year but it took 1 year to get Neils mistake fixed! ONE YEAR PEOPLE! I called the IRS twice a week! If you have ever called the IRS to speak with someone once you will now how awful this is and how many hours this took me! So we had to pay penalties as well as had our next year refund taken from us on something that was not our fault and were left to deal with on our own! Very disappointing! And due to the fact that I am not a tax professional I hope that each time I spoke with an IRS agent that everything was correct/fixed correctly! Knowing that I am left to deal with IRS on my own if I get audited I will take my chances on my own.
