Me and my husband paid him during a free consultation for our taxes to be filed. I called a month later wondering if they started to work on it. Michael yelled and hung up on me, 3 times. When I emailed the company, they said that two of their employees left because of pushy clients. Then my husband and I rated him on Google Business and left an honest review. Now he is threatening to sue us for defamation and theft of services. He blames his low rating on us, and claims that we asked friend to leave bad reviews. Needless to say - we did not do anything of a sort. Avoid this business.

I would not go through accountant if you are looking for responsiveness or accountability. He said he filed an extension to complete our taxes, however, in July we asked him to confirm the extension was filed, and it was never filed, he said he would expedite our filing, since this was required for a new house mortgage approval that was pending, however, he kept saying he was going to file and never did. It held up our mortgage and we ended up having to do it on Turbo Tax, although we had already paid him to complete them.
