Terrible customer service... office manager is unethically hateful if she deems you unsuitable to work with. If you like to be bullied for absolutely no reason, and you have the money to pay for it... this is the office for you. OTHER than that, because they have been in business for so long, they take care of accounting related items efficiently, so they can afford to abuse who they want to when they want to.
