On other sites, you will find a lot of negative posts about Jennifer Elliott's behavior as well as complaints of income tax returns that have been done incorrectly. I experienced both. My biggest complaint is that the IRS says we owe twice the amount that Jennifer says we owe, yet I can't get a response from her as to why that is. Her office staff handles all of the questions. It is next to impossible to get her to respond to a phone call. According to other reviews, I see this is how she handles her business. I never had a problem with Roger Love, but I would strongly suggest you take your business to someone who is more competent and professional.
