Gary was recommended by a friend who has done taxes for years, so I hired him. Big mistake, as he never said he had no expertise with1031 Exchanges and gave me wrong information. In addition, he doesn’t seem to trust software or the digital world and kept recommending to print everything including monthly bank statements. Last he setup auto pay for my estimated taxes, then in July when I needed to change the bank account, he never ever returned my emails not phone calls, and I had to figure out how to setup my own estimated tax payments for September and December
