We asked Brien Gibson to do the form 990 and CT-12 for Heart of Hospice Foundation a nonprofit in April, 2022. He had prepared the forms in past years. We know he requested an extension until November 15, 2022. In December, 2022, we called him over 5 times to determine the status of our taxes. He never responded. On January 6, 2023, we know he did not file the state CT-12. Have no idea the status of our form 990. We cannot recommend him.
