Terrible. Never used an accountant before as I never had issues doing them myself and boy does she give accountant a bad name. I paid her last summer for an ammended return, she took my money, and never did anything at all. Didnt even send me a receipt! And any time I reach out to her, she dodges me like the plague! Horrible and unprofessional
