We worked with Jon for several years on business personal tax services. Upon notification of an issue with a prior year tax return that was caused by Jon's error, he has refused to respond to our multiple inquiries of him via phone and email. Not only are we now left with trying to deal with the ramifications of his error, but it's exceeding unprofessional to not respond to many requests for assistance. We caution others if they choose to work with Jon!
