Tax return 2015 was mailed to Orkin office by Mid-February 2016 and I was not contacted until 4/15/16 the day it's due that it was ready!!! Cost to file electronically $425.00 married one dependent
2016 return was mailed to Orkin office same time mid-February and it wasn't until I inquired 3/21/17 about my return was I told it was being worked on!!!! Cost 2016 return to file electronically $325.00 married couple
Too long too expensive.... 26 days still no federal return!!!!! Electronic files should be 21 days. Why pay for electronic filing if it's going to take just as long as mailing? Left message at office on several occasions and did not get a return phone call!!!!
