Craig is an extremely knowledgeable accountant and tax professional who also works extremely hard and takes tremendous pride in his work. He is very meticulous and organized and works efficiently. I trust his work completely. If there's something he doesn't know immediately, he'll figure it out, and if there's something he sees that can be improved, he'll improve it.We originally outsourced some of our company's accounting work to Craig intending it to be a temporary situation until we brought the work in-house, but Craig did such a great job that we decided to continue sending our work to him. Eventually, we moved over some of our company's tax work to Craig from a large accounting firm because we believed Craig could do the work just as well, if not better, at a lower cost. Individuals at our company also send their individual tax return work to Craig because we're confident he'll do a great job, which he always does.In addition to all of the above, Craig is very fair. He genuinely cares that his work is done right and on time and makes sure the customer is satisfied. If for any reason the customer is less than perfectly satisfied, we've found he'll do whatever he can to remedy the situation. Craig is a great partner and helps our business run better.
