was a customer for years. I made appointment and showed up 5 min before. We walked pass the only worker in the office who was sitting with 3 women. We went to the waiting room and filled out their form. As we waited we were never acknowledged or were told they would be right with us. Waited 45 min still no acknowledgement. I stood near the door to be seen and heard the worker talking about their families. After 1 hour 30 min we called the owner who we have been dealing with for years and she said she would call that worker. After she did it took 5 more minutes for her to finally come over to us and say it will be a few more min. We heard her tell the people she had to stop doing their taxes right now and for them to come back in 15 minutes . So she was going to rush us through? We sat with her and informed her that we had an appointment 2hrs ago. She said she didn't know that. I advised her that if she would have spoken to us when we came in we and told us she would be a while that we would have come back. She got very aggressive in her tone and offended my wife. I then said thank you but we are leaving. We called the owner and she told us that the worker knew we were there for the appointment. So we never went back and then had real CPA do our taxes. If thats how you deal with long time customers I will never be going back. FYI the CPA we went to was able to get us back more than we ever did. Tax King you arn now a Tax Pawn,
