Mr. Thrasher is FANTASTIC! If not for his expert help, I would have lost my business, and had serious problems with the IRS. He is suberbly educated, along with his CPA he has advanced tax training, and a J.D. He is admitted to the California Bar. We are lucky to have his expertise in Buffalo. He is non judgemental and very good guy.
