The single least professional person I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Zero communication in the weeks leading up to tax day, actively denying my calls, has still two days later given me no indication of whether he even filed an extension. I know at least a dozen other people in my immediate network who have had their taxes botched or simply not completed by this scammer. Avoid at all costs.

I was introduced to Alex by a colleague and I had a great introduction call with him, during which Alex promised to send me a quote. After that, Alex proceeded to ghost me for an entire month in spite of two emails plus follow-ups by my colleague. When he finally got back to me, after another prompt from the colleague, he got me to fill out a survey on his app and then, never got back to me. I wish that I could recommend Alex because he seems very knowledgeable, but it's been more than two months and I'm very disappointed by his complete and unprofessional lack of communication. I'm writing this here in hope that Alex sees it and thinks to inform prospective clients that he doesn't want to work with them instead of ghosting them.
