Do NOT use her as your CPA. She will get mad at you for asking questions. Extremely rude!!!! She has absolutely no customer service at all.

Comes across as arrogant, stand offish, no customer service or caring about the job. Does not smile, and always tries to scold you if you don't know the answer. Unprofessional , does not answer the phone with a greeting , silence. I would rather go get a rectal exam , at least they would treat you better than this!
