Joan was very unprofessional and communicated extremely poorly. She seemed very indifferent and lazy. She was late to appointments, very delayed in responses, sometimes taking several attempts to even get a response, and didnt seem to display professional competency even in the simplest of tasks that are involved in her job. I decided to give her another try anyway, but when I contacted her to do my taxes, she wouldnt even respond.
