I have been working with Ken for over 20 years. He works with all my family now even my children. He is a great guy with a lot of knowledge on tax laws and tax preparation. His openness and willingness to provide excellent tax service and advise is awesome. I would recommend Ken and have to anyone seeking tax preparation or tax advice.

It won't take long to realize how rude and arrogant Ken is. He tries to be controlling for the whole situation and not giving the respect to the customer. He has a bitterness towards the world, and well, tag...your it! When I do get a hold of him, he talks like somebody is next to him and not responding to the question I asked. Basically always making you feel like you don't know anything. He has purposely hung up on me before...sorry tax season is over. And he made a huge mistake with the past years on something that would have required refunds but could only collect for the past 3 years, lost out on the rest. My advise is people should write more reviews on this man!
