I normally do my taxes myself this year after doing them I had a large payment due to federal. I called Marks office and chatted with someone I believe to be a receptionist as mark would need to call me back. I asked for a price as I just needed a review I honestly believe it was 50 but couldnt remember if it was 50 or 75 for a review. I sent Marks office all my paperwork and when he called me to let me know my FREE tax act online was right I asked what I owed him 200! I had my boss in my office so didnt feel comfortable trying to argue with Mark about his bait and switch tactics. When I emailed him to let him know I was appalled by the pricing and tactic he used on me he called himself a professional!! I cannot believe its legal for a CPA to use bait and switch tactics!! BEWARE Id suggest finding someone else...
