Looking for a Virtual (Online) Option to File Your Tax Returns With a Tax Expert? At Sylvia M. Singleton, CPA, we have an encrypted client portal that protects clients' personal information. Clients upload their tax documents to the portal. Clients are then scheduled for an online virtual meeting to discuss their particular tax situation. The tax returns are then prepared and posted to the client's portal account. As for billing, clients receive a bill for the service via email with a link which they can use to pay the bill with a credit card or debit from their bank account.  Â

After years with the same accountant, he decided to no longer work with personal taxes. I own a home, so I'm hesitant to complete my own taxes. I searched online and found Sylvia. I was extremely nervous about finding a new accountant. I reached out to her and was impressed from the start. We spoke on the phone and met in person for me to provide my tax documents. We had a virtual session where she answered all my questions. She provided me with breakdowns for filing married separate versus jointly. I was so impressed from start to finish.
