Diane has not been communicative or responsive to or business needs. I can't even get her to cut checks for rent. We are incurring damage due to our relationship with her. She promised to hand over our checks and documentation on Thursday of last week and still has not responded to us. Our new CPA has been trying to contact her and Diane does not respond. We are incurring damage due to her nonresponsiveness
