Paid $1500 for tax prep and corporate maintenance. They failed to file required documents, didn’t update my registered agent, and my business was dissolved without a single notice. I followed up multiple times and was reassured everything was fine. It wasn’t. This is what you get for trusting the wrong people—zero accountability, zero action. Don’t make the same mistake.
