Does not even set up an email auto responder if out of town, so you get no response for days very unbusinesslike. Messed up the expected refund on a tax return check received from the state was for less. He was told multiple times that since the deceased taxpayer had been a victim of a fraudulent unemployment claim, do not email the return copy, but snail mail it instead. Yet he picked an easy to brute force guess, 4 digit passcode and just emailed the return to be unlocked with this cheesy short passcode despite my repeated urging not to do so. Again, I had just spent time straightening out an identity fraud issue. Does not read client instructions, takes more than 48 hours to respond to emails and got an expected refund wrong. Never again.
