Misrepresented their ability to do my personal and corporate taxes. Then attempted to utilize their merger with another firm and price structure changes to say that their price would now exceed my budget. This after they were late preparing and submitting my taxes on time, which then they called to ask to file an extension. Then waited a month to call me and say they were now recommmending I find a lower cost firm to work with. Unprofessional, over rated talent I engaged at this firm. I highly recommend that you do your due dilegence before doing business with this firm.
