My husband and I used Steve from 2020 to 2024 and trusted that he was e-filing all of our taxes (personal and business). Once we started getting notices in the mail from the IRS for unfiled taxes I took a closer look. Steve said he had it under control and was filing extensions for ALL of our taxes from 2020-2024. Nothing was completed and he still wouldn’t take accountability, we were getting the run around, and it was impossible to get a hold of him. We hired a new accountant and she helped us file everything to become compliant this year and we paid almost $10k in late fees and penalties..to which Steve did not take any responsibility for. 0/10 do not recommend this firm.

Steve and his firm have been my CPA for over 20 years. He takes the time to sit with us face to face, explains his position and suggestions clearly, and is always looking out for me and my family. When my business wasn't doing well he not only advised us but allowed me to pay his invoice over the course of 18 months when most CPA's would have turned us away. Best of all, he reviews every tax return and financial statement personally.He does not delegate you to a staff person. Sure he's very busy at tax time but that's to be expected when you're as good as he is. I actually look forward to April!!

Steve is a reasonably good accountant but he WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS and he WILL NOT FILE YOUR TAXES ON THE DATE HE SAYS HE WILL. It is 7/6/17 and he told us "this year" he would have them filed on time! Didn't happen.....don't use this CPA!!!!!!
